A browser viewer for OpenGeoSys and VTK simulation output, built with Trame, PyVista, and geopandas. Below is one frame of the bundled result, exported to an interactive 3D scene you can orbit right here.

The mesh is a genuine OpenGeoSys heat-transport run: flow through a single fracture, coloured by temperature after one simulated day. The cold streak is fluid drawn in along the fracture. Drawn on top are the GIS site features, a domain boundary, the fracture trace, and three monitoring wells, read from a GeoJSON with geopandas. Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom. This is a single time step exported to static vtk.js; the full app adds a time slider and a point/cell field selector, and runs from the repository.
